In conjunction of Spanish National Day, Fairmont Jakarta welcomes award-winning Chef from Spain, Jose David Fernandez to do a special dining experience featuring fine spanish cuisine, starting from 10 to 14 October.
During the promotion, guests could savour the exotic flavours of Spanish gastronomy in a luxurious wine dinner at VIEW Restaurant and on Sunday Brunch at Spectrum restaurant.
Guests can enjoy mouthwatering flavours of Spanish cuisine in a 7-course tasting dinner at VIEW Restaurant. Available from 10 to 13 Oktober 2018, this special dinner is priced at IDR 1,188,000++ per person or at IDR 1,888,000++ for wine pairing with vintages from Tinto Pesquera.
Chef Jose will also present some of his signature creations on Sunday Brunch at Spectrum restaurant on 14 October 2018, with price starting from IDR 688,000++ per person.
Chef Jose David is the head chef of Pabellon de Florida Retiro in Madrid and a chef consultant to the famous Michelin-starred restaurant, La Candela Resto. Chef Jose is known for his innovative creations to reinvent traditional recipes using modern cooking techniques that brings a new dimension of presence and flavors to every dish.
With a wealth of experience in the culinary arts, the Spanish cooking innovator has established himself as an accomplished chef whose work has gained wonderful recognition. Some of the highlights of his achievements include Winner at "Certamen Gastronomico de la Comunidad de Madrid", Semifinalist & Finalist for two consecutive years at "Cocinero del Año en España" which is one of the most prestigious Spanish national competitions.
