Must-try items at the restaurant include Pop Chicken Confit and 48-hour Beef Ribs. Pop Chicken Confit is served with a red curry sauce, sautéed sweet corn, straw mushroom, Chinese okra  and cattle skin crackers on the side. As for the ribs, they are grilled for approximately 48 hours served with roasted bone marrow, Balinese raw shallot and garlic, colo colo and stir-fried cabbage. It’s a perfect sharing platter for three to four persons. These foods have strong mixtures of sour, sweet and salty that literally melt in the mouth.

Next is Sweet Closure – Mango Sticky Rice, Sticky Dates Pudding, Sweet Potato Balls and Brioche Toast – such a perfect way to end a meal!

After a series of delicious foods, customers can lie back and enjoy the homey atmosphere and green, stylised flowers and botanical objects in a sense of Bermuda green interior design covered up the whole room.
