The anticipation has been marinating for a while now, but the month is finally here! The Ubud Food  (UFF) Festival is all set to light their stoves and cook up 3 days of gastronomic excitement, together with the archipelago’s most celebrated culinary icons.

Returning for its second year from 27-29 May, the UFF spans high-energy live cooking demonstrations and fiery competitions, fine dining experiences, in-depth culinary conversations, workshops, food tours, markets, live music, film screenings, yoga and more. Special events include a wood-fired suckling pig lunch served with local craft beer at Amandari, a rooftop cook-out overlooking Campuhan ridge at Bisma Eight, a nose-to-tail pork degustation at Locavore, an Ambon-meets-Amsterdam seafood feast at Casa Luna, a hand-crafted ceramics and raw food fine dining collaboration at MOKSA, wine and Indonesian food pairing at Bridges, high tea with one of Ubud’s royal families at Warwick Ibah, and the launch of the world’s first durian-cured cheese by farming cooperative Wanaprasta. Thousands of foodies will flock to Ubud to join in this culinary extravaganza.
