Throughout the whole month of January, the Mexican Food Festival is a perfect opportunity for an exceptional gastronomic experience from one of the world’s best culinary destinations: get ready for intense flavours, a colourful presentation and variety of spices with a menu that includes an array of zesty Mexican soups – from Mexican vegetable soup, chicken enchilada quinoa soup to tortilla soup and spicy lime jalapeno chicken soup – refreshing salads, meat stew in authentic Mexican sauce and mouthwatering tortilla wraps.
A Mexican feast wouldn’t be complete with the cuisine all-time favourites, burritos, tacos and quesadillas, as well as fajitas and enchiladas – all of which will also be available at Collage All Day Dining.
In addition to the fiery flavours, Collage All Day Dining rounds off the experience with Mexican-inspired desserts – including churros and chocolate habanero with avocado buttercream.
During this special festival, Collage All Day Dining offers special prices for Weekday Lunch Buffet, Dinner Buffet, and Weekend Brunch, ranging from IDR 298.000 to IDR 458.000 per person.
On Saturdays and Sundays, a spectacular Weekend Brunch is served at IDR 428.000 per person. Those who want to enjoy a free flow of beer as well as house white and red wines only need to add IDR 250.000 per person.
