Unveiling the New Menu of JW Marriott’s Pearl Chinese RestaurantFoodies Corner
Known as one of the go-to places when craving Chinese food in Jakarta, Pearl Chinese Restaurant, located at the second floor of JW Marriott Hotel Jakarta, invites its guests to take a glimpse at the restaurant’s new look, dominated by red and gold colours.
The restaurant’s dedicated executive Chinese chefs have created a menu that features typical modern Cantonese cuisine,uses traditional methods and is served in contemporary style. Diners can savour Pearl’s a la carte signature dishes, starting from Caramelized Wild Salmon with pomelo as topping, Handmade Mango Prawn Ball, Fried Soft Shell Crab with Chicken Floss and Water King Prawn with Egg Noodles. Other innovative dishes include Foie Gras Peking Duck with Pearl Rice, Seared 9+ Black Angus Wagyu Beef Steak, Pearl Barbeque Pork Rib, Bakes Pork Ribs with Chefs Special Sauce and Tong Po Belly.
The restaurant, which has a capacity for 90 persons, also holds the all-you-can-eat promotion “Dimsumlicious”, where guests can order - not in buffet style - more than 40 kinds of Cantonese dimsum, as many as they want. The promotion is available every Sunday from 10:30 AM to 2:30 PM and costs IDR 280,000++ including a free flow of Chinese tea.
