During the Christmas Eve Dinner, guests can indulge in all-time favourite holiday dishes such as Roasted Tom Turkey, Honey-Glazed Ham Gammon, Roasted Herb-Marinated Wagyu Beef, Sushi & Sashimi, Braised Lamb Leg with Herbs, assorted ice cream and sorbet, healthy desserts, and many more. The little ones will be treated to a visit by Santa Claus as a children’s choir will serenade guests with joyful Christmas carols. Additionally, guests will have the chance to win exciting door prizes including a stay at Hyatt and Alila properties across Indonesia. The Christmas Eve Dinner is priced at IDR 260,000++ per person.
Christmas is always best celebrated with the entire family over a sumptuous feast, and the resort’s Christmas Brunch will be the idyllic place to be. Serving from 12pm – 3pm on Christmas Day, the brunch is priced at IDR 225,000++ per person. Guests can revel in a wide range of special dishes created by Executive Chef Wayan Durman and his expert team, such as Roasted Australian Beef Sirloin, Crispy Salted Egg Dory, Australian Lamb Leg, and so much more. As we close the chapter of 2021, Hyatt Regency Yogyakarta proudly presents “Intimate Food Festival”, a particularly intimate dinner featuring over 200 all-you-can-eat culinary offerings. Guests can choose between two venues, both with equally mesmerising outdoor views. Featuring two different themes, guests can delve into a wonderful culinary adventure and explore the delicious flavours of Indonesian, Asian and Western favourites.
At Kemangi Bistro, the restaurant’s “International Food Festival” showcases impeccable premium dishes including Tomahawk Wagyu Beef, Australian Air-Dried Beef, New Zealand Lamb Rack, Roasted Duck, Salmon Gravlax, Singaporean Chilli Crab, Sushi & Sashimi, multi-flavoured dessert and ice cream stations. These delicious offerings will be presented from live cooking stalls, utilising imported and high-quality ingredients. The dinner will be held from 7pm – 10pm, priced at IDR 450,000nett per person. A live acoustic band will entertain guests and set the festive atmosphere.
Over at Bogey’s Teras, the “Asian Food Festival” will take guests on a journey through Asia with an eclectic selection of mouth-watering dishes such as Kambing Guling, Spicy Thai Basil Chicken, Thai Red Curry Marinated Prawn, Barbecued Delights, Cajun-spiced Skewered Lamb, Korean Beef Bulgogi Skewers, Okonomiyaki, Assorted Dim Sum and an unlimited Yogyakartan street food stalls.
