On Tuesday, 24 December 2019, celebrate Christmas Eve at the resort’s signature Italian dining venue, Uma Cucina. Indulge in a delectable four-course set menu featuring classic Italian dishes including Carpaccio, Tortellini, Aqua Pazza or Roast Pork Belly, and Budino. The Christmas Eve Dinner starts from 6.30pm – 10.30pm and is priced at IDR 550,000++/person. Wine pairing is available for an additional IDR 450,000++/person.

On Wednesday, 25 December 2019, indulge in a Balinese-inspired Christmas Day Dinner at Kemiri. Savour in the authentic flavours of Bali at the resort’s signature Balinese dining venue with a set menu featuring canapés such as Sate Lilit, Madam Udang and Crackers; starters including Kuah Be Pasih Lalah or Sop Buntut; mains such as Bebek Betutu, Pork Belly, Kenus Mebase Bali, and Sambal Kangkung; and desserts including Kolak Buah or Cassava Cake. The Christmas Day Dinner starts from 7pm – 10.30pm and is priced at IDR 360,000++/person. Wine pairing is available for an additional IDR 250,000++/person.

On Thursday, 26 December 2019, convene in the lobby at 8am and join the Boxing Day Walk to burn some calories after the Christmas feast with a guided walk around the rice paddies. Then, from 1pm to 2pm, guests are invited to learn how to make pasta from scratch and create their own Italian sauce, guided by the chefs at Uma Cucina. The Pasta-Making Class is priced at IDR 250,000/person.

On Tuesday, 31 December 2019, enjoy a fabulous New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner at Kemiri, exclusively open to in-house guests. Kick-off the evening at Uma Bar, where guests can delight in a variety of cocktails and canapés served as they enjoy traditional Balinese dance performances.

Continue to a sumptuous four-course dinner featuring Indonesian delicacies such as Yellowfin tuna tartare, Crispy spiced duck and crab salad, Spiced roasted jumbo prawns or 48-hour slow-cooked beef short ribs, and Coconut custard. The New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner is priced at IDR 1,562,000++/person.

After dinner, guests are invited to the New Year’s Eve White Party at Uma Cucina from 10.30pm – 2am. Share a toast to 2020 as the clock strikes midnight and dance the night away with beats courtesy of a live DJ. Attendance to the party is complimentary for all in-house guests, along with a glass of complimentary sparkling wine. Uma Cucina will be open from 6.30pm for in-house guests as well as non-staying guests, featuring a la carte menu of Italian favourites and a live band performance.
