At the centre of the season is Tien Chao, the hotel’s signature Chinese restaurant, where Executive Chef Michael Yu presents a menu rooted in Cantonese tradition, enriched by West China influences– carrying familiar flavours with subtle twists that invite guests to explore new tastes.
Guests who wish to embrace the communal ritual of dining can enjoy the Prosperity Salmon Yusheng, offered in medium size at IDR 498,000++ and large at IDR 698,000++. This refined tradition shines through Chef Yu’s s curated set menus: The Golden Harmony Set is available for six persons at IDR 5,928,000++ and for ten persons at IDR 9,880,000++, while the Lunar Indulgence Set is priced at IDR 7,080,000++ for six persons and IDR 11,800,000++ for ten persons. These menus served from16 to 23 February 2026 during lunch and dinner by reservation.
The festivity extends into hampers crafted as meaningful gestures: The Prosperity Hamper, priced at IDR 699,000++, features the hotel’s signature Prune Lapis Legit Cake, a sweet emblem of layered success. The Golden Nian Gao Hamper, at IDR 899,000++, celebrates growth and abundance with traditional Nian Gao, Santang Orange, and Chocolate Coins. For those seeking a more generous gesture, the Fortune Hamper, available at IDR 1,499,000++, combines Kue Keranjang, the Prune Lapis Legit Cake, and a selection of signature cookies, each element reflecting unity and togetherness. The hamper collection is available from 28 January through February 2026.
Festive Barongsai and Lion Dance performances on 16–17 February animate the hotel, complemented by Gran Meliá Jakarta’s collaboration with Shirley Gong, adding cultural artistry to the New Year.
