The TRANSFORMATION – MVB Sustainability Forum is a dynamic platform for exchanging innovative sustainability solutions across industries – focusing on real-world impact, collaboration, and industry leadership.

At Mengiat Ballroom, Merusaka Nusa Dua, TRANSFORMATION – MVB Sustainability Forum brings together government bodies, corporations, NGOs & communities to share solutions that work, to build a competitive & responsible hospitality industry just like Singapore, Turkey, & soon, Bali. While questioning if the HORECA industry is ready for a sustainable leap forward, the belief is that success in this sector will come not from a single big shift, but rather a series of interconnected transformations.

Taking place on Wednesday, 22 October 2025, from 9 AM to 6 PM, this event will focus on 7 core pillars of sustainable growth: Energy Conservation, Renewable Energy, Water Usage Reduction & Recycling, Waste Management, Sustainable Procurement, Community Care & Engagement, and Employee Welfare & Development. The keynote speakers are Dr. Yoga Iswara – President of IHGMA Bali and Dr. I Gde Wayan Samsi Gunarta – Former Head of the Bali Department of Transportation, while the panels will be moderated by Alistair Speirs.

In regard to the Panel Sessions, they will be divided into four.
Session 1: Design and Planning for Success features Sean Nino of Eco Mantra, Ferly Apriliadita of Control Union and Atila Gati Rahmadantio of Eco Bali.
Session 2: Using Technology to Help the Environment has Nabila Syavira of PT. Suparma Tbk, Nico Perez of PT PIPA / BlueWater, Tobias Wilson of Shiva Industries and Turinto Marjono of Sundaya Indonesia.

Hotels, restaurants, parks, and attractions must lead, inspire and transform. True leadership means embracing sustainability, training staff across all levels and implementing smart systems and technologies. Thus, an example should be set together to transform the hospitality industry.
