The Gaia Hotel Bandung has announced a series of year-end festive programs to mark the closing of 2025, featuring Christmas and New Year celebrations. Under the respective themes Gifts of Christmas, which captures the warmth and joy of the holiday season, and The Best of Us, a reflective celebration that looks back on the year while welcoming 2026 with renewed spirit, the programme will culminate in a New Year’s Eve countdown performance by singer Andien and the hotel’s annual large-scale fireworks display.

Festive dining takes centre stage at Semeja Asian Kitchen and Monomono Bar & Social Dining, offering guests a range of culinary experiences throughout the holiday period. At Semeja Asian Kitchen, Christmas buffet dinners will be served on 24 and 25 December, along with a special Christmas Day lunch. Guests can enjoy a selection of classic holiday favourites such as Roast Turkey, Prime Brisket, Salmon En Croute, andLeg of Lamb, complemented by traditional desserts including Yule Log Cake, Stollen, and Panettone. The Christmas buffet is priced at IDR 350,000 nett per person for lunch and IDR 450,000 nett per person for dinner.

The festive journey begins with the hotel’s annual Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony held in the lobby, enlivened by performances from the Resident Choir, Laurentius Symphony Orchestra, a Firefly Dance, and the joyful arrival of Santa Claus. Throughout December, the hotel continues the celebration with weekend Christmas activities, including choir performances, flash mobs, and a variety of children’s programs at Kids Cads Play Studio. The Christmas season reaches its peak with a Christmas Concert on 20 December 2025, featuring the Maranatha Christian University Choir.

Meanwhile, Monomono Bar & Social Dining presents its signature Nikkei cuisine, blending refined Peruvian and Japanese influences. The restaurant offers a six-course set dinner menu on 24 and 25 December, priced at IDR 650,000 nett per person, as well as a five-course set lunch menu at IDR 495,000 nett per person.

New Year’s Eve celebrations unveil a special all-you-can-eat buffet titled The Best of Asia in collaboration with Semeja Asian Kitchen. The menu highlights flavours from across the continent, featuring the Rise with Rice selection, ranging from Korean Bibimbap and Claypot Rice to aromatic Lamb Biryani, alongside the Grilled on a Stick offering, which includes Japanese Yakitori, Xinjiang Rou Chuan, and Chicken Tikka. The experience is rounded out with roasted specialities, Catch of the Day seafood, fresh salad selections, and the restaurant’s signature wok dishes. This buffet is priced at IDR 985,000 nett per person.

For guests seeking a more intimate setting, Monomono will host a six-course New Year’s Eve dinner, accompanied by live music from the Guernica Quartet, priced at IDR 1,195,000 nett per person.

As the countdown to midnight approaches, celebrations continue at the Edelweiss Ballroom, where guests can enjoy games, door prizes, and live entertainment by Shaky Town Band. The evening culminates with a special countdown performance by Indonesian singer Andien, followed by the hotel’s annual fireworks display.

To complete the festive experience, the hotel offers a Festive Room Package, starting from IDR 9,680,000 nett for two nights. The package includes daily breakfast, New Year’s Eve dinner, and access to the countdown celebration for two guests.
