Jakarta Players Presents: (dis)connected
One of the city’s longest standing, English language community theatre groups, Jakarta Players, presents their latest production ‘(dis)connected), a comedy about love, sex and technology.
(Dis)connected is an original anthology of short comedy plays by Andrew Trigg and John Packer that comedically explores human connection in a digital world. Audiences will experience a fun-filled ride of colourful characters struggling through their tech-infused lives: an influencer gains fame through twerking, a wife catches her husband watching internet porn, a customer tries to get service from a hilariously dysfunctional call centre.
Think Black Mirror, but live – and funny!
