Ramadan tends to bring delightful twists into Jakarta’s dining calendar, and The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta, Pacific Place is tapping into that shift with two parallel offerings, an Egypt-inspired iftar and Eid programme at PA.SO.LA Restaurant running from 19 February to 18 March 2026 at PA.SO.LA Restaurant, alongside a five-tier Ramadan hampers collection designed for gifting across the season.
These experiences are curated to fit both communal evenings and the quieter rituals of giving. By focusing on depth, the hotel draws inspiration from long-established culinary traditions and presents them in a setting familiar to Jakarta’s business and social circles while still carrying the celebratory spirit of the Holy Month.
The centrepiece is A Night in Cairo, running from 19 February to 18 March 2026 at PA.SO.LA Restaurant. The programme brings two guest chefs from The Nile Ritz-Carlton, Cairo, into the kitchen, supported by Qatar Airways. Chef Walid Anwar Diab, Senior Chef de Cuisine, brings more than three decades of experience representing Egyptian cuisine internationally, while Chef Mohsen Mohamed Ramadan Ahmed Hassan contributes a repertoire shaped by Egyptian, Lebanese, and Syrian traditions. Together, they frame iftar as a journey through Cairo’s everyday tables and celebratory feasts.
The Iftar Feast is served daily from 6 pm to 10 pm, starting from IDR 888,000++ per person. The programme continues with an Eid Brunch Feast on 19 and 20 March 2026, from 12 pm to 3.30 pm, also priced from IDR 888,000++ per person, offering a closing note to the season for families and larger gatherings.
Beyond the table, the spirit of giving extends to Tales of Celestial Nights hampers collection. The five tiers range from Crescent at IDR 718,000+ to Solaris at IDR 3,888,000+, each combining artisanal cookies with selections such as Nusantara coffee, Dammann tea, chocolate Dubai with dates, and, at the upper tiers, home fragrances and prayer essentials. Orders placed before 28 February 2026 receive a 15 percent early-bird saving.
