Among the highlights are Iga Bakar Rempah Serumpun, tender short ribs grilled with aromatic spices; Ayam Panggang Kecap, a soy-glazed roasted chicken; Bakso Malang; and Jimbaran-Style Lobster Bakar, freshly grilled and rich with spice. Desserts such as Bubur Kacang Hijau and Ketan Hitam Ice Cream reinterpret Ramadan favourites while retaining their comforting warmth, offering a conclusion that is both familiar and inventive.
