Ascott Jakarta recently hosted another edition of Ascott Soirée, its signature lifestyle gathering that brings together art, culture, creativity and meaningful connections. Set within the elegant Three-Bedroom Penthouse, the evening offered guests an intimate setting to meet, exchange ideas and enjoy a thoughtfully curated experience that extended beyond the usual networking event.
At the heart of the evening was the idea that art can bring people together in unexpected and meaningful ways. Reflecting Ascott’s commitment to creating enriching experiences, the soirée invited industry partners, media friends and members of the creative community to connect through shared appreciation for artistic expression, hospitality and culture.
The evening’s creative highlight was a live art collaboration with young local artist Madeline of Shuxxi Art. Rather than simply watching an artwork take shape, guests became part of the creative process, adding their own brushstrokes, colours and personal expressions to a blank canvas.
The experience continued at the dining table, where the culinary team of Ascott Sudirman Jakarta presented a selection of signature dishes. Adding another sensory element to the evening was an interactive mixology session led by the Ascott Sudirman Jakarta bartender. Developed in collaboration with BrewMe Tea, a local premium tea brand known for its selected blends, the distinctive cocktail recipe brought together the craft of mixology and the nuanced character of tea. Guests were invited to explore the process themselves, turning the cocktail-making session into a relaxed and engaging part of the evening.
