This September, ARYADUTA Lippo Village celebrates its 32nd anniversary, marking more than three decades of hospitality in Lippo Village, Tangerang. Yet rather than simply looking back, the milestone signals the beginning of another chapter, one shaped by changing expectations, thoughtful improvements and a continued appreciation for what makes the property distinctive.
Throughout 2026 and 2027, the hotel is gradually refreshing selected parts of the property, including guest rooms and villas, the lobby and public spaces, dining venues, and meeting and event facilities. The approach is intentionally measured, allowing the hotel to evolve while retaining the familiar atmosphere that has welcomed guests since it first opened in September 1994.
One of the ongoing improvements is the retiling of the swimming pool, scheduled from 3 August to 31 October 2026. In the meantime, guests can make the most of the Lagoon Pool at ARYADUTA Country Club, a long-standing favourite for relaxing and spending time outdoors.
And it is this connection with the outdoors that remains one of the hotel’s most appealing qualities. Set within spacious, landscaped grounds, the hotel offers a welcome sense of greenery and openness, a contrast to the pace and density of the surrounding urban environment.
The landscape is receiving renewed attention as part of the property’s continuing programme of planting and garden improvements. New greenery is being introduced progressively across the grounds, reinforcing an atmosphere that feels relaxed, open and connected to nature. For the hotel, preserving these green spaces is not simply about aesthetics; they are an important part of the character and experience of the hotel.
