From the vibrant flavours of Indonesian cuisine, such as Sop Buntut (oxtail dish served with green sambal, emping crackers, and steamed rice) and Nasi Goreng (wok fried rice with vegetables, eggs, and chicken), Gado-Gado (steamed vegetables, eggs, tofu, rice cake, peanut sauce, and crackers) to an array of Japanese’s sushi and sashimi. This East section also included various Tien Chao’s Chinese dim sum and delicious noodles as well as Indian’s selected curries and tandoor.
