Five culinary worlds are waiting to be explored, with each dish prepared à la minute in live kitchens. There is no need to decide on the entire meal at once. Start with a favourite, follow a craving or wander through the different stations and see where the evening takes you.
When Indonesian flavours are what you are craving, Rempah Raya is the place to start. Its menu explores regional recipes, familiar favourites and the fragrant spices found across the archipelago. From 18 August to 18 September 2026, the selection gets even more enticing with a collaboration featuring The People’s Café by ISMAYA Group. Three signature dishes — Nasi Bejek Sei Sapi, Nasi Bejek Iga Bakar and Nasi Sate Kelapa — join the menu, offering another reason to drop by and rediscover Indonesian comfort food.
If live-fire cooking sounds more appealing, head to Ember & Vine, where premium cuts and fresh seafood take on the unmistakable character of the grill. Nami & Nori heads in a Japanese classic with sushi, sashimi, robatayaki and tempura prepared to order. Imperial Steam has its own set of cravings covered with handcrafted dim sum, roasted specialties, wok-fried dishes and soups.
And, naturally, there is dessert. The Sugar Lab brings artisanal gelato, pastries, cakes and seasonal creations to the table, making it tempting to finish the evening with something sweet.
There is no set route through the menu, so every dinner can feel a little different. Stay with one culinary world, sample several or make a full evening of exploring all five. Dinner starts from IDR 350,000++ per person, with à la carte ordering available for those who already know what they want.
