Running for a whole month, Jakarta Great Sale—organized to celebrate the 492th Anniversary of Jakarta—will also offer Eid Mubarak discounts up to 70 per cent off during midnight sale in various shopping centres and retail stores across Jakarta.

This price-slashing event is organized by Indonesia Shopping Centre Association (APPBI) in collaboration with 14 partners, 82 shopping centres in five areas around Jakarta, 34 Pasar Jaya outlet and 4 hotels, namely Hotel Borobudur, Holiday Inn Suite Jakarta, Millennium Hotel Sirih Jakarta and Aryaduta Semanggi.

Jakarta Great Sale will also run an SME Bazaar to showcase local products empowered by Jakarta Handicraft Council (Dekranasda DKI Jakarta) at selected malls such as AEON Mall Jakarta Garden City, Gandaria City, Grand Indonesia, Kota Kasablanka, Lippo Mall Kemang, Lippo Mall Puri, Mall Kelapa Gading and Senayan City.

The Midnight Sale will be special this year as it is close to Eid Mubarak celebration. Fashion enthusiasts and sale hunters in Jakarta will have a great time hunting Lebaran attire and other essential holiday goods. The Midnight Sale will be held in two periods. The first one is on from 24 – 26 May, and the second phase will be scheduled before Eid Mubarak from 30 May to 2 June.

Hoping to ignite the shopping spirit of the masses for Jakarta Great Sale this year, APPBI is targeting IDR 9,5 trillion in total transaction value. Needless to say, there will be malls with multiple offers and discounts during Jakarta Great Sale.

Grand Indonesia Shopping Town is organizing ‘Ramadhan Wonders’ with three main programmes: Ramadan Show, Shop & Win, and Pose, Post & Win.

The fashion event also displays the latest and greatest collections fit for you to celebrate Eid Mubarak in style.
