Living in luxury is no longer a far-fetched dream, as Lavish Kemang Residence is set to make it a reality thanks to its resort-like Residential Tower complete with five-star facilities including a roof sky garden and swimming pool, jogging tracks, a gym and spa as well as a 24-hour-service.
The 48-storey tower is composed of 474 units including penthouses. There are three types of units with one bedroom, two bedrooms and three bedrooms. Each resident living at the Residential Tower will have his or her own parking lot depending on the type of unit: those who buy a unit with one or two bedrooms will have access to one parking lot, while those who buy a unit of three bedrooms have two. Residents who own more than one car and wish to have an extra parking lot can do so by paying an additional charge.

Lavish Kemang Residence not only promotes an elegant lifestyle, but also recognizes the importance of exclusivity. In mid-December, Lavish Kemang Residence invited 100 carefully chosen clients to become the first buyers of the units. The clients were also welcome to recommend friends, relatives, or colleagues to buy some of the property’s units. “The reason why we are doing this is because we want to maintain an exclusive feeling for our clients, our future residents,” Sumedi Djoko explained. “We don’t sell to just anyone. That is why we don’t engage in very big promotions, unlike other developers. We still do promotions but we prefer to sell our products through events like exclusive gatherings for our top clients. It allows us to stay exclusive.” Lavish Kemang Residence is a collaboration project between two developers, Kemang Karya Utama and Sari Kresna Group. The groundbreaking is scheduled to take place in early 2017 whereas the whole construction process is expected to be finished in 2020.
