From beats to boards, creativity takes many forms. BACARDÍ celebrates this spirit of self-expression by bringing musician Ramengvrl and skateboarder Aldo Abdas together in a campaign Do What Moves You that explores the shared energy between music and skate culture.

Music and skateboarding may have different rhythms, but both are driven by the same spirit: freedom, creativity and self-expression. Bringing these two worlds together, BACARDÍ has launched a new campaign featuring Indonesian musician Ramengvrl and skateboarder Aldo Abdas.

The collaboration is part of BACARDÍ’s global Do What Moves You platform, which celebrates people who follow their passions and express themselves in their own way. In Indonesia, the campaign explores how music and skateboarding have become important parts of youth culture and creative expression.

For many young people, music is more than entertainment. It is a way to express identity, connect with others and find a sense of belonging. Skateboarding carries a similar spirit. More than a sport, it has developed into a culture shaped by freedom, movement and individuality.

Ramengvrl brings the energy of Indonesian hip-hop to the campaign, reflecting the role music plays in her creative journey. Aldo Abdas, meanwhile, represents the adventurous and creative spirit of skateboarding. Although their creative paths are different, both share a belief in following their passions and creating their own space for self-expression.

Through a series of social-first content, the two creatives share a glimpse into their worlds and the communities that inspire them. Their collaboration shows how music and skate culture can meet, overlap and inspire new forms of creativity.

“Music has always been my way of expressing myself and connecting with others. This collaboration with BACARDÍ celebrates that shared spirit of individuality and togetherness,” says Ramengvrl.

For Aldo, the connection comes naturally. “Skateboarding is about creativity, freedom, and forging our own paths. It’s exciting to see those values converge with music through this campaign with BACARDÍ,” he says.

The campaign’s creative energy also finds its way into the BACARDÍ Spiced Twin Pack. Taking inspiration from streetwear, music and skate culture, the limited-edition pack features bold visual elements and character designs inspired by the campaign. It also comes with a pair of limited-edition socks created with Miracle Mates. Drawing on the campaign’s music and skate influences, the socks turn its visual identity into an everyday accessory.

The campaign continues beyond the screen with CASA BACARDÍ Jakarta, a live celebration bringing together music, skateboarding and creative communities. Held at M Bloc Live House on 1 October 2026, the event featured performances by Ramengvrl, Aldo Abdas, Ainess and Slothkid, with Mjupaka hosting the evening.

The gathering offered a chance for audiences to experience the campaign in a more lively and personal setting, bringing together people with a shared appreciation for music, creativity and self-expression.

Among the drinks served was Going Coco, a refreshing mix of BACARDÍ Spiced, coconut water and ginger ale. From music and skateboarding to streetwear and live experiences, BACARDÍ’s latest campaign celebrates the different ways people find their own rhythm. Ultimately, it is about following what inspires you, expressing yourself freely and keeping moving.
