While basking in the relaxing and opulent atmosphere of the restaurant, guests can indulge in the buffet table and the extensive selection of handcrafted dim sum prepared by the restaurant’s international-class chefs: Chef Alex Kwok Yiu Ming, Chef Tan Poh Soon, and Chef Foo Tong Yuan. The menu ranges from soft, pillowy buns to delicate dumplings, including Shrimp Har Gow and Fried Prawn Dumplings, each dish showcases a deep respect for the timeless techniques and fresh ingredients to create flavours that are both authentic and distinctive.
Beyond dim sum, the brunch also includes an array of hot dishes, such as Fried Chicken Wings in Guinness Sauce bringing bold and unique flavors to the table, while a delightful assortment of desserts rounds off the perfect meal.
The Weekend Dim Sum Brunch Buffet is priced at IDR 428,000,- net per person for adults and IDR 228,000,- for children and senior citizens (61+ yo). The buffet is available every Saturday, Sunday, and public holiday from 9:30 am to 3:00 pm.
