Chef Hazwan also spent his time as Chef de Cuisine of Park Hyatt Doha at the refined French Mediterranean restaurant. Through this broad and lengthy experience, Chef Hazwan had elevated Seasalt’s dining by adding selections of fresh yet flavorful dishes of Nikkei cuisines specially for dinner, a harmonious synthesis between Japanese and Peruvian cultures, to create a memorable coastal dining experience.
Through the years, Seasalt has cemented itself as one of the island’s prominent coastal dining outlets that serve fresh local seafood procured from Indonesia’s maritime and presented with a Japanese twist. Focusing on sustainability, Seasalt has committed to preserve local ingredients onto its cuisines including the sea salt supplied from local Kusamba sea salt farm in East of Bali and zero waste cocktails.
