Heavenly Spa at The Westin Resort Nusa Dua Bali is celebrating its 5th anniversary with a meaningful initiative known as the Five Elements Wellness Calendar and a special spa treatment.
The activities in the calendar are divided into five master groups in accordance with the patterns of nature: Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Ether; all relate directly to different chakra, colour, and wellness modules.
The Wellness Calendar commences on January 1, 2019 with an earth/detox theme to start off the year. The second week will be the theme of water/balance, followed by fire/strength, air/flexgibility, and finally ether/rejuvenation to wrap up the calendar.
Each week involves a program of daily lifestyle activities, such as yoga, meditation, breath work, and sound healing. The aim of applying the Five Elements is to essentially reflect a deep understanding of natural law, which is believed to help participants embrace the universal order that underlies all things in the world!
Wellness Specialist, Jitendra Pokhriyal, is the brain behind the spa’s evolving programme. Hailing from the birthplace of yoga in India, his role at Heavenly Spa by Westin is to cultivate renewal through a crafted menu of interactive sessions focusing on holistic wellness and drawing on Bali’s traditional healing practices to uplift body, mind and spirit.
The award-winning Heavenly Spa by Westin is also honouring its anniversary with a body and beauty treatment that involves luxury and relaxation.
Starting with complimentary access to all thermal facilities (steam room, sauna, hydro jet pool and cold plunge pool), the nurturing continues with a signature body massage using five essential oils and body scrub to revive tired skin. The 3-hour treatment ends with an express manicure and pedicure. (IDR 1,500,000 net/person).
