COPA turns iftar into an experience that unfolds gradually, suited to groups, visiting families, and hotel guests looking for a lively yet composed place. COPA brings together Mediterranean, Indonesian, and Latin influences in one buffet, reflecting the restaurant’s broader identity while keeping the food recognisable and shareable.
Here, the dishes change week by week across Ramadan, giving regular diners a reason to return while keeping the experience varied over time. A live carving station anchors the room, while main courses range from generous cuts of beef, to ocean-fresh seafood, and seasonal highlights.
The Ramadan buffet is served daily from 6.00 pm to 9.30 pm, running from the start of Ramadan until its conclusion, estimated between 18 and 20 February 2026, subject to moon sighting. Pricing is set at IDR 688,000++ per person. Guests who plan ahead can take advantage of an Early Bird offer, with 20% off available during Week 1 and Week 4 of Ramadan for reservations made at least two weeks in advance.
