For three decades, The Ascott Limited has grown far beyond its beginnings as a serviced residence operator in Indonesia. To commemorate this milestone, Ascott presents 30 & Beyond, its most ambitious campaign to date, featuring exclusive stay experiences, curated dining programmes, and community-led initiatives, offering guests, partners, and local communities across the country even more reason to celebrate throughout the year.
Over the years, the brand has become part of countless journeys across the archipelago, from business travel and extended urban stays to family holidays and leisure escapes. Built with purpose, its presence has steadily expanded across more destinations and traveller needs, continuing to evolve alongside Indonesia’s dynamic hospitality landscape. To mark its three decades in Indonesia, Ascott introduces a series of celebratory programmes under the 30 & Beyond campaign, including:
BEYOND STAY
As part of 30 & Beyond, the Stay Your Way in Indonesia promotion offers guests savings of up to 30 per cent, alongside additional benefits for longer stays, ranging from greater flexibility to exclusive privileges designed to elevate the overall guest experience.
Members of Ascott Star Rewards (ASR) can also unlock a curated collection of once-in-a-lifetime experiences. These include a stay at Asia’s first Chelsea-themed hotel suites at Ascott Sudirman Jakarta and Citadines Sudirman Jakarta, as well as a return trip from Jakarta to London complete with exclusive access to a live Chelsea FC match from the ASR VIP box at Stamford Bridge.

BEYOND PLATES
In a destination celebrated for its bold and diverse culinary heritage, Ascott Indonesia will introduce the Signature 30 dining promotion, showcasing standout local dishes from across its portfolio. Adding an element of surprise to the dining experience, guests who order from the Signature 30 selection will receive a Golden Receipt, unlocking further dining rewards and exclusive privileges.
BEYOND COMMUNITY
Beyond guest experiences, Ascott Indonesia continues to play an active role in supporting the communities in which it operates, championing responsible practices through the Ascott CARES sustainability framework. Through ongoing collaborations and sustainability-led initiatives, the company continues to strengthen its position as a community partner across the country.
Reinforcing this commitment, Ascott Indonesia will launch a series of sustainability initiatives in conjunction with World Environment Day, World Mangrove Day, and World Cleanup Day, encouraging meaningful participation from associates, guests, and local communities alike.
“Ascott has been part of Indonesia’s story for three decades, beginning as a serviced residence operator serving mainly the needs of business travellers and relocating professionals in the country’s key urban centres. Bringing TAUZIA into the Ascott family since 2018 has broadened that foundation, extending our reach across more cities and more traveller segments. Today, with more than 150 operational and pipeline properties across over 20 cities, we are expanding further into resort destinations in Bali, Labuan Bajo and beyond, opening up new ways for guests to experience Indonesia with us. Indonesia is a market of remarkable diversity, and meeting guests where they are has always guided how we grow here. Through 30 & Beyond, we honour what has been built and look forward to the unlimited possibilities that lie ahead.” said Philip Barnes, Country General Manager, Ascott Indonesia.
30 & Beyond will continue to unfold throughout the year, with more initiatives and experiences to be announced across Ascott Indonesia’s portfolio of properties.
