Drawing inspiration from the growing culture of late-night dining found in cities around the world, The Late Shift reimagines familiar comfort food with a refined touch. The menu has been curated to satisfy those end-of-day cravings, balancing hearty international favourites with nostalgic Indonesian flavours.
Among the signature dishes are the Steak & Egg Ramen and Grilled Chicken Ramen, each served in a rich, deeply savoury broth with premium ingredients. For something lighter, the silky Congee is elevated with the hotel’s own homemade chilli oil, adding a welcome kick of heat. Local classics also feature prominently, including GulTik (Gulai Tikungan), a contemporary interpretation of Jakarta’s much-loved late-night street food, alongside Tongseng, the aromatic Indonesian stew known for its fragrant, spice-infused broth.
The evening continues at the bar with Morning Breeze, the campaign’s signature cocktail. Whisky is blended with fresh orange, ginger, cold brew coffee and a dash of Angostura bitters, creating a drink that is bold yet balanced, with citrus brightness giving way to a smooth, velvety finish.
