Hotel Tentrem Jakarta is presenting its 24 Hours Dining at Tentrem Jakarta concept, bringing four distinct restaurants together under one round-the-clock dining programme. From American comfort food and Indonesian favourites to Cantonese dishes and Italian-inspired plates, the hotel is bringing all the stops to satisfy dining needs for different times of day, occasions and appetites.
The concept centres on how a meal is experienced from the moment it reaches the table. Guests can begin at POPULICO, the hotel’s casual American restaurant on the first floor. Designed for meals, meetings or an afternoon spent over food, its signature Cruncheese Burger combines beef, cheese and a crunchy element in a rich, textural serving.
This October, POPULICO also gives its regular dining programme a Halloween turn. On 30 October 2026, the restaurant will transform its Sunset BBQ All-You-Can-Eat into a themed evening with barbecue dishes, special performances, interactive games, prizes and an appearance by the Spirit Walker. Spirit-free cocktails will accompany the programme, while the IDR 788,000 net per person price comes with a Buy 1 Get 1 offer.
Weekend mornings take a different pace through Break & Beats, held every Saturday and Sunday from 6am. The breakfast programme combines a buffet with DJ performances and is aimed particularly at runners, cyclists, fitness communities and guests looking for somewhere to refuel after an early workout. Prices start from IDR 150,000 net per person.
Indonesian flavours take over at Kayu Manis, where familiar dishes are presented in a contemporary format. Its Bebek Cibeber pairs duck with accompaniments and Cibeber sambal, bringing together spice, aroma and the fuller flavours associated with Indonesian cooking.
For Cantonese cuisine, LIN offers a more refined dining setting. One of its signatures, Chicken Macadamia, matches savoury chicken with the nuttiness and texture of macadamia. From Monday to Friday, diners can also opt for a 90-minute Cantonese All-You-Can-Eat experience, priced at IDR 518,000 net per person.
Up on the 20th floor, Canella takes the menu in an Italian direction. The Mortadella Pistachio Pizza combines savoury mortadella with pistachio, served alongside the elevated setting that comes with dining several floors above Tangerang.
Together, the four restaurants give diners a choice that can shift with the hour, either for breakfast, lunch, business meetings, family meals, date nights or dinner later in the evening.
