KITA Restaurant’s Japanese Executive Sous Chef, Takeumi Hiraoka will bring the best of Japanese feast to Bali, taking over CIRE Restaurant’s kitchen to craft an exclusive menu that showcases a selection of his signature dishes. Here, you can taste Lobster Tempura with a sweet and spicy sauce, Salted Seafood Soba Noodles, and Nigiri Sushi. Born in Tokyo, Chef Takeumi is a master of the delicate knife techniques that are essential for the preparation of authentic Japanese cuisine, having honed his skills in establishments around the world.

KITA Bar, one of the city’s favourite drinks and unwinding hangouts, comes to Sunset Cabana Bar. Offering a breathtaking panoramic view of the Indian Ocean from the Uluwatu clifftop, guests can sip on the sophisticated creations of Agustin Da Sambiago, an Argentinian master of mixologist. With his innovative creations and expertise, he will indulge guests with Mimika Treasure, a refreshing concoction of vodka infusion, dark rum, jasmine cordial, and orange juice swizzled in a Tiki mug. Guests can also enjoy a Snake Martini, a fun twist on the classical Martini, made with salak sous-vide vodka, sake, and white vermouth.
