For a distinct start to the weekend, the 22nd floor of Park Hyatt Jakarta offers a focused take on the Friday evening dinner. The Dining Room has introduced A Nusantara Story, an experience designed to celebrate the depth and regional diversity of Indonesian cuisine within a welcoming setting.

The menu gathers favorites from across the islands, bringing together celebrated flavours from Sabang to Merauke. Guests can enjoy authentic specialties such as the 72-hour slow-cooked short rib konro from Makassar and the aromatic nasi kapau of Bukittinggi. Accompanied by a variety of house-made sambals, fresh asinan, and regional satays, each dish is prepared with a commitment to its original roots and culinary craft. The evening offers relaxed but polished way to enjoy the familiar flavours of home, all prepared with the care and quality you’d expect from the Park Hyatt team.

With the city lights as backdrop, the atmosphere is perfect for catching up with friends or family over a long, well-paced meal. Chef de Cuisine Dennis Hermawan and his team have put a lot of heart into these recipes, aiming to honor the traditions and people behind every dish while keeping the experience simple and welcoming.

A Nusantara Story takes place every Friday from 6:00 PM to 9:30 PM for IDR 598,000++ per person. Guests using BCA credit cards are also eligible for a 15% discount.
