Indonesia loves its music, and the Jakarta Concert Orchestra (JCO) is leading the way in celebrating it. To mark 70 years of diplomatic relations between Indonesia and Austria, the JCO is putting on its third anime concert, “An Anime Symphony: Resonance.” This exciting event will take place at the JIEXPO Convention Center & Theatre in Kemayoran, Jakarta, on 8 June 2024.

“An Anime Symphony: Resonance” will be a treat for fans of anime and music alike. The concert will feature music from popular films and anime series such as InuYasha, Stand By Me Doraemon, Yuri on Ice, Violet Evergarden, Sakura Wars, Cardcaptor Sakura, Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba, Dragon Ball, Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End, and Mashle: Magic and Muscle. The JCO will be joined by talented soloists Birgitta Sisca, Farman Purnama, and Stefani Yang. Renowned choirs like the Batavia Madrigal Singers (BMS), The Resonanz Children’s Choir (TRCC), and TRCC Serunai will also perform. All these groups are part of The Resonanz Music Studio.

Following the success of their sold-out concerts in December 2023 and February 2024, “An Anime Symphony: Resonance” is expected to attract a lot of interest. To meet the high demand, the concert will have two sessions: Show 1 at 3.30 PM and Show 2 at 7.00 PM. Tickets will go on sale on 21 May 21 2024, at 10:00 AM on tiket.com, with prices ranging from IDR 350.000 to IDR 1.500.000. Ticket categories include Diamond, VVIP, VIP, and Regular 1 to 5.

Besides the music, there will be plenty of fun activities for attendees. The event will feature game booths, a photo booth, card reading sessions, and lots of anime merchandise booths. It’s a complete entertainment experience for anime lovers.
