Previously, he served as the Executive Chef at The Hermitage, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel, Jakarta, where he successfully introduced Nusantara cuisine during his culinary journey across Indonesia. His ability to blend traditional Indonesian flavors with modern techniques has made him a beloved figure among guests and is a respected leader in the kitchen.
