Ascott Menteng Jakarta celebrated its first anniversary by unveiling several upcoming additions to the property, including a Three-Bedroom Penthouse, a new meeting and dining venue, and refreshed menu offerings at A.RA.SA Menteng. The updates were introduced during an intimate gathering with media and industry partners on 14 July.
Located on Jalan Kebon Sirih in the heart of Menteng, the serviced residence has spent the past year welcoming both business and leisure travellers seeking apartment-style accommodation in Central Jakarta. With spacious residences and hotel facilities under one roof, the property caters to short visits as well as extended stays.
Guests were given an early look at the upcoming Three-Bedroom Penthouse, which will become the property’s largest accommodation category upon its launch. General Manager Christian Lo also introduced plans for a new meeting and dining venue, adding more space for business functions, private celebrations and social gatherings.
The occasion also served as a preview of A.RA.SA Menteng’s refreshed culinary direction. Executive Chef Alfan presented several new dishes that will soon join the restaurant’s menu, taking inspiration from flavours found across Indonesia. Each course was paired with wines from Undurraga, selected to complement the menu.
The anniversary was more than a milestone for the property. Ascott Menteng Jakarta used the occasion to introduce several additions that reflect how the property is continuing to develop.
