Returning on Friday, 28 August 2026, at Jagorawi Golf & Country Club, Bogor, the Asian Tigers Golf Tournament invites golfers, businesses, and conservation supporters to come together for a day where every swing helps protect Indonesia’s wildlife. Founded in 2015 by Asian Tigers Indonesia under the leadership of Managing Director Bill Lloyd, what began as a friendly challenge among fellow golfers has steadily grown into one of Jakarta’s longest-running charity golf events.
The tournament’s signature 45-Hole Golf Challenge remains its flagship event, while the 18-Hole Competition, introduced in 2020, has welcomed even more players to be part of the experience. The two formats have created a tournament that caters to golfers of different abilities while rallying everyone around a shared purpose.
The tournament’s conservation journey has continued to evolve, supporting wildlife initiatives through Animal Sanctuary Trust Indonesia (ASTI) for its first nine editions before partnering with Tiger Sanctuary Barumun (TSB) since 2024, helping fund its work to rescue, rehabilitate, and protect the critically endangered Sumatran tiger and the forests it calls home. Thanks to the generosity of sponsors and participants, the 2024 and 2025 tournaments raised a combined IDR 220 million for tiger conservation, demonstrating how a community brought together by golf can create a lasting impact.
Now entering its 12th year, the Asian Tigers Golf Tournament continues to prove that a day on the course can leave a lasting legacy long after the final putt drops. Whether through the 45-Hole Golf Challenge or the 7th Annual 18-Hole Competition, every round played helps support the future of one of Indonesia’s most treasured species.
