The brunch buffet offers a wide selection of diifferent food at the sushi corner, salad bar, soup corner, dim sum corner, food carving station and more. Specially prepared by Executive Chef Noldy Herling, meat lovers will appreciate the live grill, all the while being accompanied by live reggae music, performed by Matahari Band to add an extra Caribbean touch.
The special brunch, available between 1 and 3 PM, will be held once a month, namely on 27 January, 18 February and 25 March, 2018 at IDR 250.000 per person.
