Cutt & Grill is introducing three variants of family platters and diners can choose from the Lamb Shank, USDA Prime Porterhouse to the Tomahawk options, which will be available at the restaurant’s branches in Senopati, Tebet, Alam Sutera, PIK 2, and BSD.
One of the highlights of the menu is the Family Platter featuring succulent Lamb Shank, grilled to perfection and served with Authentic Biryani, Fattoush Salad, Cucumber Raita, Sambal, and Curry Sauce. Head Chef Chandra Raita’s attention to detail is evident in every aspect of the dish, from the slow cooking of the lamb shank to the bold flavours of the spices used. Complementing the lamb shank are other tantalising options including USDA Prime Porterhouse and the renowned Tomahawk, served with signature sauces like black pepper, mushroom, chimichurri, and red wine, alongside a choice of potato dishes.
