To welcome the Year of the Dog, Le Meridien Jakarta’s buffet restaurant La Brasserie will be turned into a replica of Chinatown where guests can enjoy delectable Asian – mostly Chinese – dishes at different food stations and stalls. This sumptuous buffet dinner can be enjoyed from 6 PM to 10.30 PM until 8 March.

Roni Gunawan, the hotel’s Chef of Chinese cuisine, has prepared a food selection of from different regions in China. A mouthwatering line-up of dishes such as Hong Kong Style Steamed Fish, Soy Chicken, Peking Style Duck, and Five Spice Crispy Chicken will be served to delight every palate. Besides the special Chinese menu, the usual international and Indonesian menu will also still be available at the buffet restaurant.

Diners can also explore some sweet treats, including Chinese Style Sweet Crepes, Peach & Strawberry Bean Curd and Red Bean Doughnuts. The hotel’s pastry chef created a fountain of prosperity with chocolate coins covered in gold, completed with Koi Fish Pudding that represents good fortune in Chinese culture.
