From your first coffee to a refined dinner, dining out in the city has never been easier with the help of Grab Dine Out.
Perhaps more than anywhere else in Indonesia, Jakarta is the most diverse dining destination in the country. A slick new café or a ‘local legend’ can be found on every street, fine dining venues perched atop skyscrapers, a speakeasy hiding in plain sight. The question is, where can you find these hotspots, how can you book a table, and where can you lock in the best dining deals?
The answer is likely already on your phone. Grab Dine Out, available through the Grab app, is the latest way to browse through Jakarta’s top dining venues, secure a table, skip the queues – and maybe get lucky with available dining promotions as well.
Already with thousands of restaurants listed, Grab Dine Out is flipping the switch, enticing users to head out into the city for the meals, to experience restaurants and meet with friends, instead of simply ordering in.
Not convinced? Here’s what 24 hours of dining in the city looks like with venues already available through Grab Dine Out, from breakfast to late night drinks.

3. Book a Family Style Lunch at Daun Muda Soulfood

Indonesian food is best when it’s shared. If you’re looking for a spot to enjoy a hearty and full meal together with your friends and family, Daun Muda Soulfood brings fresh spices, live seafood and recipes rooted in memory straight to the table. Established in 2017, this brand is the first Indonesian restaurant by Javanegra Gourmet Atelier, shaped by Chef Andrea Peresthu’s curiosity for the flavours of his Palembang hometown and the family recipes he grew up with. Their signature seafood choice, the Ikan Bakar Bujang Gadis brings grilled fish with Daun Muda’s hot and spicy rica-rica sambal, while the Pindang Kerapa Palembang serves grouper in a sour, spicy broth that speaks directly to the chef’s roots.
