DoubleTree by Hilton Jakarta Kemayoran introduces OPEN} Restaurant, the hotel’s newest dining destination. Formerly known as Botany, this modern space with a diverse menu successfully blends international flavours with local touches, creating a relaxing dining atmosphere.

OPEN} Restaurant now accommodates up to 213 guests, a significant increase from the previous layout which could seat 140. The redesigned area features a blend of communal long tables and comfortable sofas, designed for various settings, from lunches to family gatherings. All furniture has been updated to offer comfort and functionality in a bright and warm atmosphere.

The restaurant’s capacity includes 131 guests in the indoor area, 38 guests in the outdoor area, and an additional 44 guests in the private dining room named Cinnamon, ideal for more exclusive gatherings. Whether dining indoors, in the open area, or in Cinnamon, guests can enjoy a comfortable and warm atmosphere all at once.

OPEN} Restaurant now accommodates up to 213 guests, a significant increase from the previous layout which could seat 140. The redesigned area features a blend of communal long tables and comfortable sofas, designed for various settings, from lunches to family gatherings. All furniture has been updated to offer comfort and functionality in a bright and warm atmosphere.

Further enhancing the dining experience is state-of-the-art culinary technology, including a comprehensive induction system, an open upright chiller for cold dishes, a pizza oven, and interactive live stations like a dim sum steamer and noodle counter, bringing the kitchen excitement directly to guests.

64 dish options are now offered, divided into four categories: Light Bites, Signature Menu, Lifestyle (Plant-Based), and Sharing Menu. Begin the culinary journey with Indonesian-inspired dishes such as Oxtail Soup and Grilled Oxtail, Grilled Konro, followed by Asian favourites like Chicken Sandong, Tom Yam and Jeera Aloo, and classic Western options such as Australian Rib-Eye Steak, DoubleTree’s signature DT Cheese Burger, Crispy Triple Decker Sandwich, and tender Norwegian Salmon with creamy miso coconut purée.

Guests can also enjoy authentic pizzas baked fresh from the oven, such as Beef Rendang Pizza and Quattro Formaggi, as well as plant-based options like Tofu Bok Choy and Zen, a smooth miso soup with seaweed and shiitake mushrooms. For dessert, there is a wider selection, ranging from the rich DoubleTree Carrot Cheese Cake to the warm and comforting Sticky Toffee Pudding.

In addition to the à la carte menu, OPEN} Restaurant also offers a weekday lunch buffet called Exquisite Lunch. With the theme of “Where cultures meet the plate”, Exquisite Lunch presents a variety of fusion menus combining authentic recipes and modern creations, with daily surprise attractions ranging from chef performances, mini live cooking, to interactive plating at the guests’ tables. It is overall priced at IDR 375,000 nett per person for adults and IDR 187,500 nett per child (aged 6–12 years).
