On Christmas Day, 25 December 2022, revel in the Christmas Brunch available from 12pm – 3pm, where you’ll be spoiled with an array of special dishes prepared by Executive Chef Wayan Durma and his culinary team, including Roasted Tom Turkey, Roasted Australian Beef Sirloin, Crispy Salted Egg Dory, Rosemary Braised Australian Lamb Leg and more. The brunch is priced at IDR 248,000++ per person. Brunch guests can also enjoy free access to the resort’s jogging track and swimming pool, which features a 70-metre water slide, Tarzan swing, pillow fighting game and slackline.
Guests are also invited to relish an enchanting Christmas Dinner, serving up a variety of Asian and Western specialties including Roasted Tom Turkey, Roasted Lamb Leg, Sushi & Sashimi, and a selection of sweet desserts. New Year’s Eve Night Market
To conclude 2022 on a high note, the resort presents “Hyatt Night Carnival”, an intimate dinner with over 300 variety of culinary offerings where guests can enjoy fantastic outdoor views at two venue options.
At Kemangi Bistro, guests are welcomed to the “Western Food Festival”, presenting exceptional and premium dishes including Tomahawk Wagyu Beef, Australian Air-Dried Beef, New Zealand Lamb Chops, Salmon Gravlax, Pan-Fried Cod Fish, Seafood Cioppino, Dessert and Ice Cream Stations. These delectable offerings will be served from the live cooking stalls, accompanied by a live acoustic band.
Over at Bogey’s Teras, guests can travel through Asia at the “Asian Food Festival”, showcasing a vast selection of Asian dishes including Kambing Guling, Sushi & Sashimi, Singaporean Chilli Crab, Fresh Lamian Noodles, Korean Marinated Wagyu Beef, Thai Pomelo Salad, Asian Mixed Barbecue and more.
