Atria Residences Gading Serpong’s signature restaurant Bianco Sapori D’Italia invites you to a one-night-only dining experience this 13 October 2023. A Four-Hands, Indonesian-inspired dinner featuring Chef Ramos Nenggo.

Though normally serving up Italian cuisine, Bianco Sapori D’Italia will be offering something different for one special evening as they welcome previous MasterChef Indonesia contestant, Ramos Nenggo, into the kitchen. Together with Atria Hotel & Residences Gading Serpong’s Executive, Michael Titis Kristanto, the two will bring Indonesian flavours and ingredients to the fore with their upcoming Four Hands Dinner.

Hailing from Manado, Ramos Nenggo started a career in law but his passion for cooking brought him to the food and beverage industry, and ultimately to compete in MasterChef Indonesia (Season 7). Chef Michael, born and raised in Yogyakarta, has a profound love for Italian cuisine, which has led him to his current role as the Executive Chef at Bianco Sapori D’Italia. However, the two kitchen leaders aim to bring out flavours of their childhood for their upcoming Four Hands Dinner.

“We are thrilled to host this event and collaborate with Chef Ramos Nenggo. It will be an extraordinary exchange of cultures and culinary knowledge,” said Wahyono, Cluster General Manager of Atria Hotel & Residences Gading Serpong.

On 13 October 2023, diners are invited to experience a bespoke menu of exotic Indonesian dishes, made for the modern kitchen with the two chefs adding their own twists. The dining journey begins with an amuse-bouche of Pecak Bandeng, a historical dish made from milkfish. This dish was once favoured by sultans and high-ranking officials in the ancient Kingdom of Banten. This then continues with the appetiser, a classic from the capital, Asinan Jakarta.

For the main course, guests can enjoy one of the authenticity of historical Indonesian cuisines which is crowned as one of the world’s most delicious dishes, Rendang Daging, a tender beef cooked with coconut milk with rich spices.

Indonesians’ most popular sweet treat Kolak Pisang, banana boiled in coconut milk, palm sugar, and pandan leaves, is served for dessert.

“Chef Michael and Chef Ramos understand our guests’ expectations in bringing childhood memories to life through food,” stated Ega Chandra Firdiansyah, Cluster Marketing Communication Manager of Atria Hotel & Residences Gading Serpong.

This four-course dinner is available on 13 October 2023 priced at IDR 399,000 including Australian wine pairing La Boheme.
