Get on Good Vibration, a Virtual Electronic Music and Fundraising Festival to Support Covid-19 Relief

Hype Festival, Indonesian music organizer introduce Good Vibration, the first virtual electronic music festival in Indonesia that will be streamed live on Youtube and Twitch.tv. The music festival invites audiences at home to enjoy the electronic music presented 27 local and international DJs where one also could help to raise the fund for the Covid-19 relief.

First held from 5 to 7 June, the second event will take place this weekend from 12 to 14 June. The organizer made this event as a response to the current situation as the Indonesian community is entering the third month of practicing #WorkfromHome due to the ongoing pandemic.

As an attempt to adapt to the current situation, the promotor, Hype Festival has collaborated with Building Culture Movement (BCM) with support from the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy to hold the first virtual electronic music festival since organising a big live event that will invite large crowd is still risky amidst the Covid-19.

From a total of 27 artists in the lineup, the three-day music festival starts the event from 8.30 pm, features the performance from local and international DJs in Indonesia including Andrew Rayel, Avao, Blinders, Christina Novelli, Firebeatz, Futuristic Polar Bears, Jerome Isma-Ae, Khomha, Myom, Sam Feldt, and Heroes. There are also local talents such as Apsara, Dipha Barus, Hogi (Future10), House Cartel, Indra7, Irene Agustine, Kana & Mayo (Tripo 3000), LTN, Patricia Schuldtz, and many more.

The festival combines music and donation where the fans could participate in the donation to the Covid-19 relief, help to raise the fund to support those affected by the pandemic including the health personnel, underprivileged people, as well as the community in creative, hospitality, and tourism industry. People could donate their money through kitabisa.com/bcmbergerak

Good Vibration will be stream live on HYPE CHAMBER on Youtube and Twitch. For more information about the festival, visit the website on www.letsgethype.asia or check them on Instagram @hypefestival.
