The culinary series will feature specially-crafted menus by The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta, Pacific Place’s Executive Chef Sean Macdougall and Henshin’s Sous Chef Sandro Medrano Montero. The dishes served are inspired by Peruvian and international cuisines with a local touch.

Highlighting the concept of both restaurants, the dishes will be a combination of both chefs’ signature creations, and will include four courses. For the first course, there is a choice of Tuna Girotonno served with Sweet Sesame, and Ginger Foam and Domaine Schlumberger Pinot Blanc served with Les Princes Abbés Alsace France.

The Second Course will be White Snapper Tiradito served with Aji Amarillo Tiger Milk and Pascal Jolivet Attitude Sauvignon Blanc with Loire France. Next up for the Third Course is Charred Wagyu Beef Cube Roll, Carrot Hummus, Blackberry Ginger Sauce. This is paired with Ashbrook Estate Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot, Margaret River Australia.

To finish up the meal, there is Cashew Tart. A blend of Bali Chocolate, Kacang Kenari Nutella and Bali Salt Caramel, it is the perfect local-international crossover. This is paired with Mateus Baga & Muscat.

Pre-dinner canapes will be served at PASOLA Bar, ahead of the dinner in the main dining room. The ‘Chef’s Table Series’ will begin at 6.30 pm and is priced at IDR 950,000++ per guest.
