During Ramadan, Hakkasan Jakarta offers an iftar dining experience featuring a delectable three-course Cantonese set menu. The culinary team has prepared Hakkasan’s exquisite signature dishes plus a number of Ramadan special creations to break your fast in style while enjoying Jakarta’s arresting cityscape view from the 25th and 26th floor of Alila SCBD.

The iftar menu opens with a fresh sensation of non-alcohol mocktail, Yangzhou Rose, a concoction of pomegranate, rose water, lychee, added with citrus. It’s a refreshing drink to break the fast while enjoying a selection of takjil such as dates, assorted olives, and dried apricots.

Chef de Cuisine of Hakkasan Jakarta, Sky Wong Kum Choy and his culinary team has combined a favourite menu with an all new creation for a scrumptious starter combo. Vegetarian dim sum platter — a combination of morel crystal, Sichuan mabo dumpling, truffle bean curd roll, olive sugar snap dumpling —  is a light and healthy starter created specifically to honor Ramadan. The course then serves Hakkasan Jakarta’s fabled signature dish, the Crispy quail egg puff, to complete your appetizer.

Four impeccable dishes are lined up as the main course. The Tiger grouper with spicy Asian sauce; Sea salt baked yellow chicken with Chinese herb; the signature Hakkasan meat dish Stir fried black pepper rib eye beef; and the Vegetarian three style mushroom stir-fry with gai lan and macadamia nut. The set menu comes with a bowl of Jasmine rice to complement this hearty and sumptuous meal.

The delightful ‘Kareem’ iftar set menu at Hakkasan is priced at IDR 550,000++ per person. The restaurant also caters to group reservation for nine or more guests. The iftar menu is available throughout Ramadan from 6 May to 4 June.

Since its opening in February, Hakkasan has been dishing out a modern interpretation of authentic Cantonese cuisine, using the finest ingredients and expert techniques to create timeless dishes actively sourced from local markets. The Kareem iftar menu is created based on the exact same philosophy.
