New to Jakarta and Indonesia? Or perhaps just keen to discover more about this country? Then don’t miss The Indonesian Heritage Society’s Annual Welcome Event – ‘Selamat Datang 2023’.
Taking place on Wednesday, 13 September 2023, from 9am to 12pm at Erasmus Huis, this free-to-the-public event is an opportunity to learn more about the Indonesian Heritage Society (IHS) and the activities offered. The Indonesian Heritage Society is a non-profit foundation that has been established for 53 years.
Their objective is to promote knowledge, understanding and appreciation of the heritage and cultural richness of Indonesia. IHS collaborates with several educational and cultural institutions in Jakarta and other cities. During the event, participants will be able to explore upcoming events and activities hosted by ISH and select those they are interested in, and it’s a great forum to meet like-minded people also interested in the heritage, history and culture of Indonesia.
