Hailed as one of the many authentic Italian establishments in Jakarta, Il Mare at Mulia Hotel recently introduced a business lunch and dinner.

Situated on the ground floor of the hotel, Il Mare’s business lunch and dinner features a high quality, extensive menu from appetisers to tantalising desserts. To start, guests are served a choice of tuna carpaccio, caesar salad, homemade smoked salmon carpaccio, roast veal, zucchini soup and cream of wild mushroom soup. Chef Marco Feltrin and his team prepare these dishes from scratch using the freshest ingredients.

The premium restaurant offers up a choice of main course dishes such as tomato and chili tagliolini “alla chitarra” tomato sauce with tomato confit as well as grilled beef fillet with pak choi and horseradish sauce. Available at both lunch and dinner, diners also have a selection of entrees such as roasted salmon, grilled fillet of mackerel, potato gnocchi, and roast suckling pig.

To end the meal there are varieties of home-made ice cream and sherbets as well as the perennial Italian favourite, tiramisu. There’s also apple tart.

For those looking to pair their meal with wine, there is a fine Italian selection to be enjoyed in this restaurant with its classic Italian interiors with a modern twist.
