Mandarin Oriental, Jakarta has introduced the Rame Rame Buffet, a Friday evening dining experience at Cinnamon that celebrates togetherness over a feast of Indonesian, Asian, and Western favorites.
Available every Friday for dinner at IDR 388,000++ per person, the Rame Rame Buffet is designed for friends, families, and colleagues to gather, share stories, and indulge in an extensive spread that satisfies every craving. Guests will enjoy an unlimited buffet alongside Cinnamon’s signature à la carte dishes.
Highlights from the Signature à la Carte Selection include Sashimi Platter – salmon, tuna, and snapper with classic Japanese condiments, lobster Ravioli Laksa Bogor – West Java’s signature laksa with a lobster twist, Signature Grilled Oxtail – served with sambal colo-colo and rich oxtail broth, Spareribs Maranggi-Style, Soft-Shell Crab Sambal Mbe, and Singaporean Chicken Rice.
The buffet also features street food-inspired specialties such as Signature Beef Rendang, Ayam Woku Belanga, Gurame Goreng Dabu-Dabu, and Nasi Goreng Kari Kambing, alongside a Seafood Bar, Dim Sum selection, Chinese barbecue counter, and French brasserie favourites from Lyon’s kitchen.
To end on a sweet note, the Dessert Corner offers an array of treats, from Chocolate Fondue and Gelato Corner to such as Coconut Mousse with Kaya Curd, Matcha Adzuki Cake, Triple Berries Tart, and Vanilla Crème Brûlée. The buffet also includes water, chilled juices, and iced tea.
