With “Get Your Hands Dirty”, the hotel invites diners to come to La Brasserie Restaurant for a unique culinary experience: a fine selection of crabs, ribs, chicken feet, drumsticks and seafood fritters awaits. Using your hands instead of fancy cutlery is not regarded as a faux-pas, but instead it is hoped for, as eating with hands helps guests to become more aware of texture, aroma and taste of the food.
“Skewers Night Live” at Al Nafoura Restaurant features a wide array of different skewers embracing Lebanese and Middle Eastern flavours, and grilled kebabs are served directly to the table by the Chef himself. Savour succulent meats, chicken and seafood grilled to perfection for the ultimate dining experience.
“Get Your Hands Dirty” is available every Monday and Friday at La Brasserie Restaurant between 6 and 10:30 PM, while “Skewers Night Live” can be enjoyed from Monday through Friday between 6:30 and 10:30 PM at Al Nafoura Restaurant.
