Park Hyatt Jakarta has introduced Atelier 23, a new dining destination on level 23 that replaces the former Conservatory. Bringing Southeast Asian flavours together with French culinary influences and art-led interiors, the venue moves across several distinct spaces for all-day dining, afternoon tea and informal meetings.
Atelier 23 is arranged around three connected areas, the Living Room, Patisserie and Veranda. Each serves a slightly different purpose, providing guests room to settle in for daytime dining, stop by pastries and desserts, or enjoy drinks with views across Jakarta.
The menu combines familiar regional ingredients with French techniques. Its afternoon tea programme will change according to seasonal produce and selected themes, with savoury bites and sweets presented as part of a wider story. The Patisserie focuses on handmade pastries and desserts, while the Living Room provides a comfortable setting for meals, conversations and longer stays.
The Veranda extends the experience outdoors, adding city views and a more casual setting for a drink between appointments or a leisurely afternoon. Artworks and design details appear throughout the venue, reflecting the atelier concept of ideas being developed through food, objects and shared space.
