Envisoning to elevate Raffles Bali as a preferred luxury destination, Henri Arnulphy joins with almost two decades of global hospitality leadership. As General Manager, Henri brings a leadership style defined by integrity, creativity, and hands-on commitment to service excellence.
From his childhood in Mauritius, Henri was immersed in hospitality, assisting his parents with running guest houses, restaurants, and tours for visitors to the island. Since then, he has overseen award-winning operations throughout his career, with his expertise including resort transformations, new openings, and initiatives that bring together sustainability and meaningful community engagement — values that closely align with Raffles Bali’s vision of conscious luxury.
Henri first visited Bali in 2015 and still holds fond memories of that experience, seeing joining Raffles Bali as not only a personal milestone, but a chance to work closely with the island’s culture and be part of the continuity of the Raffles legacy in the region. As he leads with authenticity, creativity, and focus, Henri places the highest priority on understanding the needs of his team and guests.
Outside of his professional endeavours, Henri is an avid traveller and sports enthusiast, with a passion for cultural exploration and community connection. Shaped in part by his travel across 67 countries, activities like scuba diving, participating in marathons, and trying paragliding and skydiving, his perspective and approach to his career allows him to adapt to new situations and embrace challenges.
With Henri’s vision and commitment, Raffles Bali continues its journey as a sanctuary of well-being, grace, and individually tailored experiences. Fostering loyalty and crafting experiences of lasting significance, the next chapter will be guided by the enduring legacy of Raffles service.
