From 11 to 13 April 2025, the Geneva & Zurich Ballroom on the hotel’s 7th floor transformed into a mirage of marital magic with its evocative theme: Elegance in the Desert.
A collaboration with the ever-iconic wedding expert Jessica Boediardjo, the concept brings a warm, luxurious palette and exotic charm that makes even the most seasoned wedding-goer swoon. Swissotel Jakarta PIK Avenue has made a name for itself since 2022 for putting on wedding showcases that make people want to start planning nuptials immediately. But this year, they raised the bar even higher with sixty premium wedding vendors gracing the event and covering every kind of need from the grooms and brides to-be. From photographers who make you look like royalty, to stylists who can turn you into one, they have it all!
The real show-stopper, however, will be held on 12 April at 06.00 pm. The Wedding Grand Auction, is a fun-filled event brimming with hopeful couples as they bid on luxurious wedding packages and special deals from the vendors. It’s a first-of-its-kind affair—no other hotel in Jakarta has dared to go this route. As Jilly, Director of Catering, put it with well-earned pride: “There is no other hotel creating this occasion in their own Wedding Open House.”
